It was very easy to use the portal. I would rate it 5—assuming 5 is a very good score. I think the user interface is really quite clear. I think the fact that the portal is designed in an easy way means that it is as stress-free as possible. I'm able to locate what I am looking for—there is no extra clutter around the interface.

It's good—it's really simple to use. It was easy. I would say 5 stars. It was just a good experience; the patients felt good about it. We had some problems not being able to talk to the patient because of the patient's phone problems, but CLINIGMA® was really patient and rescheduled the appointment so it was able to occur. It was very good, very easy. To tell you the truth, I am technically challenged, and I did not use the instructions, but I figured it out—it was okay. I would say 5; 5 is good. What I am considering is I have to compare it to another third-party vendor where we couldn't get the connection or anything of that nature. I just feel like it was very easy to schedule in the portal, and you kept your word. We could call the patient, it didn't drop the call, and it was successful without any deviations, so to me that was all I needed and what needed to be done. You gave me plenty of time to make sure that I scheduled it by saying, 'Hey, it's coming up, it's coming up.' I like the reminders—yeah, it was very easy to use.
