CLINIGMA®'s team of dedicated researchers share a passion for listening to patients—ultimately to help develop drugs to improve people's quality-of-life. Our research team has grown and evolved with CLINIGMA® over the years to provide our clients with consistently high quality patient experience data.
Each CLINIGMA® interviewer is a qualitative researcher with a Master's or PhD in social science, psychology, anthropology, or similar discipline and years of experience interviewing patients.
Our researchers understand the ethics and science involved in the design and conduct of ICH-GCP compliant patient interviews. This enables in-depth probing for key concepts (such as meaningful change), ethical research conduct, and meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of the work.
Our transcribers and translators have professional qualifications, Master's or PhD and specialist experience in medical translation—to guarantee accurate, reliable, in-depth data collection anywhere in the world.
