• ‍‍Rosemary previously held the position of Research Manager at Nal'ibali, where she led the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems for literacy programs. In this role, she conducted programme evaluations, translated findings into strategic insights, and built internal capacity in digital data collection and evidence-based programme improvement She also served as a Data Manager at the Desmond Tutu TB Centre, overseeing data operations  conducting data quality audits and implementing quality assurance protocols to ensure reliable and accurate research outputs. Other roles include Research Officer and Researcher positions, emphasizing her comprehensive involvement in research cycles, including study design, data collection, analysis, stakeholder engagement, project management, and dissemination.

Education

• ‍‍She holds a Master of Social Sciences in Research Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, where she specialized in social science research methodologies. Her academic journey also includes a BSocSci Honours in Psychology and a BSocSci in Psychology and Education and Development, both completed with distinction.
