Ana Esteban Rodríguez has been part of CLINIGMA Global since July 2025, where she holds a dual role as PA to the CEO and Management Team, and as Controller, supporting budgeting, financial forecasting, and the tracking of financial and operational KPIs alongside the CEO, COO, and CFO.

She brings over 20 years of professional experience across public institutions and private companies, in roles spanning executive assistance, administrative management, and operations coordination. She has worked with organizations such as Expedia (Cancún, facilities management and administrative operations for the LATAM region), Cuatrecasas (Madrid, senior executive assistance to a Counsel Partner), and the Spanish Embassy and Consulate General in Mexico, as well as in the hospitality and property management sectors in the Mexican Caribbean.

She is a results-driven, proactive professional with strong adaptability and the ability to work effectively under pressure. She is fluent in Spanish (native), English (C1), and French (B2), and holds a Master's Degree in Public Relations, Protocol and Communication, and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication.
